Starbucks opens at Royal Wharf

The first of many shops, restaurants and cafes is due to open at Royal Wharf tomorrow morning (7 November). The Royal Wharf Management Team notified residents of the development that the Starbucks, situated at the bottom of Corsair House is due to open tomorrow morning (7 November) at 7am.

While the fit-out of the retail unit has been underway for the last fortnight, the imminent opening of Starbucks came as a surprise to many residents of the development (including Royal Wharf News!). The message from the Royal Wharf Management Team also noted changes being made to the entrance to the development, with the relocation of the security lodge and opening of a public walkway.

If you visit the new Starbucks over the coming days, share your thoughts in the community forum, or in the comments below.

The full text of the announcement from Ballymore is included below:

Dear Residents
The development is pleased to announce that the works to the new Starbucks retail unit have been completed and will be open for business from 07:00am on 07/11/2017.
After holding discussions with the units managers they have asked that we encourage all residents to join for a welcome beverage during the opening period. Full seating area is available along with regular customary Starbucks items, with savoury food and sweet treats to coffee, latte’s and tea’s.
A public walkway has also been opened to allow foot traffic in and out of the development where the security lodge was previously situated, along Barrier Point Road by the DLR station.
We hope all resident's can attend and look forward to seeing you for a morning coffee
Kind Regards
Royal Wharf Management Team
