Further slippages to completions at Royal Wharf

Having heard little from the completion team at Royal Wharf since the previous update last August, Royal Wharf News received updated estimates today for many of the buildings in the development.

The update shows slippages to the completion of many of the blocks due to complete this year, with notable delays to Endeavour House, which included some apartments previously estimated to complete between late November and mid December last year, now expected to complete February and March 2017, however some appear to have been delayed until June 2017.

Completion for properties in the Anchor Building, Flagship House, Meridian Building, Maritime Building and Latitude House have typically been delayed one or two months. We've updated the individual building pages, for more details.

No delays are listed for buildings completing in 2018 (Park View Place, Sienna House and Thameside House), 2019 (Portland House, James Cook and Marco Polo) or 2020 (John Cabot House).

No explanation for the delays has been provided by Ballymore to future residents.

Please note, as we're not associated with the Royal Wharf development or the developers, not reliance should be placed on this information, and all queries regarding completions should be directed to Royal Wharf and Ballymore.  We are not responsible for any losses arising from errors in the information contained on this website.
