Ballymore to launch John Cabot House on 29 October

Royal Wharf developers Ballymore sent out invitations this afternoon to the launch of John Cabot House - the latest building in Phase 3. John Cabot House, a collection of four linked blocks located to the north of both the Marco Polo and James Cook buildings is the third of the four buildings that make up Mariner's Quarter. Apartments in the remaining building, marketed as "Ferdinand Magellan", have yet to be formally released by Ballymore.

The launch of studio, one, two and three bedroom apartments takes place on Saturday 29 October at the marketing suite on site. At present, Royal Wharf News is unaware of parallel launches in the Middle East or Asia (as has been the case for previous releases).

John Cabot House is named after John Cabot, an Italian explorer who, in 1497, discovered parts of North America following sponsorship from England's King Henry VII.

Limited information regarding John Cabot House is currently available, however we will update the Royal Wharf News with brochures and imagery from the building once it becomes available. In the meantime, here's a portrait of the building's namesake:
