Ballymore's Royal Wharf plagued by broken doors for over 18 months

Residents at Royal Wharf have been living with broken and malfunctioning doors for over 18 months, with Ballymore Asset Management Group (the managing agents), Oxley and Ballymore seemingly pointing the finger at each other on who takes responsibility.


Ballymore launch Residents' Portal [updated]

Earlier this month, Ballymore started sending out invitiations for residents to join a Residents' Portal, hosted by Dwellant, where residents "can request work to be done and discuss issues withother people."


Completions at Royal Wharf hit new milestone

Oxley Holdings have announced that over 1,000 apartments and townhouses have now been handed over to buyers at Royal Wharf. In addition, Oxley revealed that they expect another 400 units to be handed over before the end of June 2018.
